because singapore upgraded to n3 system ,so your box is out of date and can not be used anymore .You can purchase a new box for hd and bpls channels .

TN HDC9999 and Blackbox HDC600 are working perfect , Good news ,now 288-289 have been added to channels lists for TN HDC9999 and Blackbox HDC600. 800+ channels and other series channels would be released within 2 days . More details ,please visit our website
